At Saffron Scrolls, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order tracking details.

🚚 Shipping Timeline

  • For domestic orders (India): Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
  • For international orders: Delivery timelines may vary between 7-21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

  • FedEx (for international orders)

💸 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on your order value, shipping address, and selected delivery speed.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional service fee, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.

🚨 Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address, contact number, and pin code are accurate while placing an order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery failure or delays.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS, allowing you to monitor the delivery status in real-time.

❌ Non-Delivery Scenarios

We will not be responsible for delivery failures due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided.
  • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery.
  • Orders refused at the doorstep, especially Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
  • Natural disasters or force majeure conditions.

In such cases, re-shipping charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

🌍 International Shipping

  • Customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.
  • Orders are shipped with reliable international couriers like DHL, FedEx, Aramex via our logistics partner Shiprocket.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

You are responsible for ensuring that the product can be legally imported into the country of delivery. The recipient (customer) is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of their destination country.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees once the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges will be levied by the destination country’s customs authorities and will need to be paid by the recipient at the time of delivery.

When you return a product from abroad, you will be considered the exporter of the goods, and the risk of loss will transfer to us only once the product reaches our registered return address in India. The title of the product will be transferred back to us upon receipt.

Order Cancellation Policy

At Saffron Scrolls, we understand that sometimes things change, and you may need to cancel your order. We want to make the process as smooth as possible for you.

1. Order Cancellation Eligibility

  • You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided your order has not been shipped or processed for shipment.
  • Orders that are shipped or processed cannot be canceled, and our standard Return & Refund Policy will apply once you receive the product.

2. How to Cancel an Order To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care Team at customercare@saffronscrolls.com as soon as possible. Be sure to include the following details in your cancellation request:

  • Your Order Number
  • Your Name and Email Address

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved within 24 hours of purchase and before shipment, we will process a full refund to the original payment method.
  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the product.

4. Order Cancellation Due to Stock Issues

  • If, due to unforeseen circumstances, an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you as soon as possible. In this case, you will be offered a full refund, or you can opt to replace the item with a similar product, if available.
